Michel Roux visits the Elora Mill
World renowned chef Michel Roux recently visited the Elora Mill for Lunch. Mr. Roux had the Elora Mills - Grilled Ribeye 'Cap' Steak. While there, Mr. Roux briefly spoke with Executive Chef Matthew Foote. He made the generous comment, that he could not remember the last time he had tasted better beef.
