- Our claims of cattle raised without antibiotics, growth hormones, animal proteins or bone meal are approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), a federal governing body
- We are regularly audited by third party auditors that are approved by the CFIA
- Questions to ask any organic, natural or any other program that makes a claim:
- Is the program certified?
- Is the certifying body from the government or its affiliates?
- Was a fee paid to the certifying body?
- Are there regular audits after the initial qualifying audit?
- The best test for whether a product is true to its claims is in its taste and texture
- If the food does not taste any different than conventional products, chances are it’s not authentic regardless of its claims.

Roger Wils

- Roger is a renowned chef with three decades of international experience, including 22 years running the critically acclaimed Café Brussel Restaurant in Toronto. Roger now manages and co-owns Saucier Foods
- Roger, being a trained chef, knows how "real" food should look, feel and taste. He is our gate keeper. He screens all the ingredients to make sure that they are authentic, fresh and the best in quality
