Interested in marketing your Limousin-influenced calves to the Top Meadow Farms Artisan Beef Program?

• Calves must be raised without growth hormones or antibiotics of any kind
• Calves must never be fed any animal by-products
• Calves must be age-verified
• Sire and Dam information to be reported to Top Meadow Farms
• Calves sired by TMF bulls will be given preference
• TMF recommends calves are vaccinated for:
  • IBR, BVD (types 1 and 2) PI3, BRSV
  • 8-way clostridial vaccine
  • Haemophilius
  • Pasturella
  
  
• It is preferred that a modified-live vaccine is used
• Calves must be vaccinated after six months of age, and preferably at least two weeks prior to weaning
• TMF recommends treatment for parasites (eg. Ivomec)
• As in all "natural" programs, Rumensin, Bovatec or other ionophores are not permitted
• Deccox and other anti-coccidials are permitted, as long as they are not antibiotics or ionophores
